Chief Executive Officer
Chris oversees the Management Team ensuring smooth running of the Charity and is also responsible for engaging with the Business Community.
Head of Support Services
Dawn manages the Support Services team and ensures that all aspects of the Support Services comply with Local Authority contracts.
Head of Equipment Service
Jeannette manages the Equipment service, which provides adaptations assessment to people who are Deaf or partially hearing.
Head of Training Services
Stephen manages the Training team, projects and contracts in relation to the training and interpreting services.
Head of Finance & Human Resources
Sarah manages all aspects of Human Resource, Financial planning and analysis.
PA to CEO, Volunteer and Management Team Co-ordinator
Karen coordinates Volunteers, Room Bookings and provides administrative support to the CEO and at management and Board meetings.
Community Liaison Officer
Janice supports the members of the community and is responsible for keeping everyone informed of events and issues via social media
